Introduction to Voice
In this class, students learn how to warm up their voice, use breath support, and effectively perform music. Students also develop a strong sound by learning a variety of fun, engaging songs, playing games, and working on vocal exercises. No prior experience is required.
Advanced Vocal Repertoire
In this class, students continue to build their vocal skills by tackling a variety of challenging pieces. Greater emphasis is placed on using the voice as a vessel to convey stories, and students learn how to use tone, vowels, dynamics, and articulation to this effect. Students who take this course should have prior experience with voice through Beatastic, private lessons, or a school choir.
